Mason couldn't wait to get on the airplanes. Then he cried the entire ride.
I felt like a horrible mom. I went to get him out of the plane and he
wouldn't budge. He said "No!!! GO AGAIN!"

24th of July!

The 24th of July we had a family picnic at Orton Park. Intense Game of Rail Barons! Yeah, Gary finally won! We won't let it happen again!
The kids had a grand time playing in the water!

So here's the explanation... Our friends love us so much that they love to do little pranks with the kids. So as you can imagine, everyone likes to join in. So a few weeks ago we made the mistake of going to bed instead of joining the fireworks party. Needless to say, we woke up covered in TP. We're still working on paybacks for that. Here is a prank we played on the Hadley's one night, late, very late! Just another adventure of the almost grown-ups in the neighborhood. Fortunately it's all in good fun!
