Mason's Birthday!

So this post is a little belated, still recovering, j/k lol! Mason turned 3 on April 22nd, Earth Day actually. We went to the Dinosaur Park on his birthday, he'd been asking to go for months. It was actually beautiful weather, the kids had a blast! I spent all morning (about 4 hours) making a train cake that appears alot easier to make than it was! Frosting the cake proved to be much more tedious than the online video by the way! It was all worth it though, it was all that he could talk about and all I could do to keep his little fingers out of it till the party!!! He has really mellowed out over the past few weeks, reletively speaking that is! He is still Mason, but seems more mature. He has started potty training himself. He likes to stand up and pee like dad and brother, but doesn't quite have the height without a stool. That makes it more difficult to go when we're not at home. He says he has to go and runs the the potty without my help. He has also been waking up dry, the potty treats he gets helps! He is starting to play much better with his brother as well. He's also very polite and uses his manners more often. His enthusiasm for life and desire to experience everything is so fun! Happy Birthday Mason!
